Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order.
Processing and delivery times
- Processing: orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery: most orders to Canada and the United States arrive within 7–15 business days after shipping. Other countries can take longer.
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, customs and peak seasons can add time.
Holidays and events
Because delivery times are estimates, we can't guarantee that an order will arrive by a specific date, such as Halloween or a party. Please order early.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Tracking can take 2–5 days to start showing updates. Our products ship from our fulfillment partners' warehouses, so if you order more than one item they may arrive in separate packages.
Customs, duties and taxes
Any duties or import taxes collected at checkout are included in your total. If an order to your country is charged duties or taxes on delivery that weren't collected at checkout, those charges are your responsibility.
Address problems
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can update the address before your order ships, but we can't redirect it after that. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to reship it or refund it.
Lost, stolen or damaged packages
- Not arrived: if tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or your order is well past its estimated delivery date, email us and we'll investigate. If the package is lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
- Marked delivered but not received: check with neighbours and your building's mailroom, and wait 2 business days, since packages are sometimes scanned early. Then email us and we'll open a claim with the carrier and help you resolve it.
